Founder

Mykola Baldin is the founder and owner of Replast LLC, combining managerial experience with a deep understanding of plastic injection molding technology. He is responsible for developing production capacity, implementing state-of-the-art equipment, and organizing the mass production of plastic products.

Mykola’s core expertise includes working with engineering plastics, polymer processing, and developing customized technical solutions tailored to clients’ needs. Under his leadership, “Replast” has grown from a local manufacturer into a company that implements projects across various sectors of the Ukrainian market. He oversees production processes. He ensures compliance with manufacturing technologies for plastic products, participates in material selection, adjusts production parameters, and implements solutions that help ensure consistent product quality.

Ivan

Process Engineer

Ivan is a member of the Replast LLC team and is responsible for providing technical support for production processes. He ensures compliance with manufacturing procedures for plastic products, participates in the selection of materials, the adjustment of production parameters, and the implementation of solutions that help ensure consistent product quality.

In his work, Ivan pays close attention to every stage of production—from selecting raw materials to manufacturing finished products. He is involved in modernizing equipment, implementing new technologies, and optimizing production processes in accordance with customer requirements.

His professional approach helps maintain stability in mass production, reduce the risk of manufacturing deviations, optimize production costs, and manufacture products in accordance with customers' technical requirements.

Galina

Executive Assistant

Galina has been working on the team at Replast LLC for over 3 years and is responsible for organizing administrative processes and communicating with clients. She coordinates client requests, helps clarify their needs, serves as a liaison between clients and the production team, and facilitates smooth collaboration at various stages of the project.

With a background in psychology and over 14 years of experience working with people, Galina knows how to take an individualized approach with each client, build trusting relationships, and help resolve work-related issues. Her attentiveness, sense of responsibility, and sociability help maintain a high level of service and ensure effective collaboration between the company, its partners, and its clients.

In her work, Galina is guided by the principles of openness, mutual respect, and a focus on results. Thanks to her efforts, clients receive clear communication, timely feedback, and personalized support throughout their collaboration with the company.

Olena

Quality Control Specialist

Olena works in the quality control department at Replast LLC and is responsible for inspecting plastic products at various stages of production. She ensures that products meet established requirements, monitors compliance with manufacturing processes, and helps identify potential deviations in a timely manner.

In her work, Olena pays special attention to accuracy, objectivity, and the details that affect the quality of the finished products. She inspects products, documents nonconformities, and helps improve the internal quality control system.

Thanks to its responsible approach, the company maintains stable production, reduces the risk of defects, and provides customers with products that meet the agreed-upon technical specifications.

Maria

Quality Control Specialist

Maria works in the quality control department at Replast LLC and is responsible for inspecting finished plastic products before the order is shipped to the customer. She ensures that the products meet established requirements, checks the quality of the parts, evaluates the appearance of the products, and verifies consistency within each production batch.

In her work, Maria places special emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal quality control standards. She helps identify potential nonconformities in a timely manner, minimize the risk of defects, and maintain a consistent level of quality in finished products.
