Due to the company's growth, we are looking for a financial manager who will oversee production economics: cost of goods sold, pricing, profitability, and cash flow.
📍Location: Pustomyty, Lviv Oblast
Main Responsibilities:
- Calculating the cost of production and monitoring changes in that cost.
- Pricing and calculating the profitability of orders.
- Preparing the financial section of commercial proposals.
- Planning and monitoring cash flows; maintaining a payment schedule.
- Plan-Actual Analysis of Revenues and Expenses.
- Analysis of costs for raw materials, production, and logistics.
- Preparation of management reports for senior management.
- Financial calculations for new orders in coordination with sales, purchasing, and production.
Our expectations:
- At least 2 years of experience as a financial manager, economist, financial analyst, or in a similar position.
- Excel for Advanced Users: Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Working with Large Datasets.
- Understanding cost of goods sold, profit margins, pricing, cash flow, and plan-versus-actual analysis.
- Attention to detail, a systematic approach, and analytical thinking.

Mixing Equipment Operator

Replast is one of the leading manufacturers of plastic products in the Western region of Ukraine. We are looking to add a mixing equipment operator (PVC) to our team to prepare PVC compounds in accordance with approved formulas.
📍 Location: Pustomyty
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation and dosing of raw materials in accordance with approved formulas
- Loading Components into Mixing Equipment
- Using a Hot and Cold Faucet
- Control of the sequence of component addition, mixing time, and mixing temperature
- Tracking of Raw Materials Used and Finished Doughs
- Cleaning of Mixing and Auxiliary Equipment
- Compliance with technical instructions and occupational safety requirements
Requirements:
- Work experience in manufacturing
- Care and precision when measuring and weighing ingredients
- Responsibility and Discipline
- Willingness to work with raw materials and production equipment
- Willingness to work irregular hours
The following would be an advantage:
- Experience working with PVC, polymer, or chemical raw materials
- Experience working with industrial mixing systems

Main Responsibilities:
- Work on an extrusion line for the production of granulated PVC compounds
- Starting, stopping, and monitoring the operation of the extruder, pelletizer, and auxiliary equipment
- Setting and monitoring of process parameters: temperature, screw rotation speed, throughput, and load
- Quality control of granules and timely detection of deviations
- Sampling of finished products
- Monitoring the Stable Operation of Equipment
- Cleaning Equipment When Switching Between Formulations
- Maintenance of Production Records
- Compliance with technical instructions and occupational safety requirements
Requirements:
- Experience as a production equipment operator
- Understanding the Principles of How Technological Equipment Works
- Attention to technical specifications and product quality
- Responsibility and willingness to work irregular hours
- A technical education would be an advantage

- Skills in analyzing defects and implementing corrective actions
- Ability to work with technical documentation
