Main Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repair of Production Equipment (TPA, Extruders, Auxiliary Equipment)
- Fault Diagnosis and Prompt Troubleshooting
- Conducting Scheduled Preventive Maintenance (SPM)
- Monitoring the Technical Condition of Equipment and Utility Systems
- Participation in the commissioning and setup of equipment
- Maintenance of technical documentation related to repairs
- Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Requirements
- Collaboration with process engineers, commissioning engineers, and production staff
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a production mechanic
- Understanding the operating principles of TPA machines, extruders, or other industrial equipment
- Skills in repairing mechanical components and assemblies
- Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams
- Responsibility, attentiveness, and technical thinking
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
The following would be an advantage:
- Experience working with plastic processing equipment
- Skills in working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Experience in commissioning new equipment

Main Responsibilities:
- Actively seeking out and attracting new B2B clients.
- Conducting negotiations, presenting products and production capabilities.
- Developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients.
- Comprehensive client support from the initial contact through the signing of the contract and the fulfillment of the order.
- Preparing commercial proposals and handling business correspondence.
- Coordinating communication between the client and the production department regarding technical requirements and order completion deadlines.
- Monitoring order fulfillment and maintaining a high level of service.
- Managing CRM and sales reporting.
- Market analysis and identification of new avenues for sales growth.

- Development, Implementation, and Optimization of Process Charts
- Launching New Products into Mass Production
- Selection of materials and optimal processing conditions
- Product Quality Control and Analysis of the Causes of Defects
- Participation in the selection and testing of raw materials
- Optimizing Material Costs and Reducing Production Costs
- Collaboration with the Quality, Production, and Engineering Departments
- Technical support for production and resolution of unusual situations

Requirements:
- Higher technical education (plastics processing technology or a related field)
- At least 3 years of experience as a process engineer / chief process engineer
- In-depth knowledge of injection molding and/or extrusion processes
- Experience working with thermoplastics
- Understanding the Principles of Operation of Injection Molding Machines, Extruders, and Molds
- Skills in analyzing defects and implementing corrective actions
- Ability to work with technical documentation
- Responsibility, consistency, and a focus on results
The following would be an advantage:
- Experience in launching new molds
- Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, 5S, Lean)
